Hi, I’m Dr. Swati. As an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist, I believe effective therapy is flexible, collaborative, and deeply personal. Through an eclectic blend of evidence-based therapies, I help individuals better understand themselves, navigate emotional challenges, and move towards lasting well-being.
Every individual carries a unique story, and no two healing journeys are ever the same. I believe that therapy should be as individual as the person seeking it. Rather than following a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
As an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in providing psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and mental health care. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, grief, emotional dysregulation, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, academic and workplace stress, personality-related difficulties, and a range of other psychological challenges. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Supportive Psychotherapy, Expressive Art Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and other therapeutic techniques whenever clinically appropriate.
I believe that effective therapy is not about fitting clients into a particular model it is about thoughtfully integrating different approaches to meet each person’s individual needs, pace, and therapeutic goals. In addition to psychotherapy, I provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments that support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, cognitive evaluation, and a deeper understanding of emotional and behavioural functioning. Every assessment is conducted with scientific rigour while ensuring that the process remains compassionate, collaborative, and easy to understand. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working across hospitals, private clinics, community mental health programmes, and academic settings, allowing me to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
These experiences have strengthened my belief that meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Whether you are facing a specific mental health concern, navigating a difficult life transition, or seeking greater self-awareness and emotional well-being, my goal is to walk alongside you withempathy, authenticity, and evidence-based care. Together, we will work towards helping you build resilience, gain deeper insight, and create lasting, meaningful change.
